A walk in a mixed species wood of about 100 acres where several previously coniferous areas have been converted to broadleaves.

The management system is Continuous Cover, thus avoiding clearfelling, aimed at encouraging a wide range of habitat and modest income at low cost.

We hope to have insect and bird experts with us. There are steep and muddy hills so stout footwear is advisable.
