Middle Marches CLT film on the life and management of Minsterley Meadows

Watch our short film (below), which highlights the life and management of Minsterley Meadows, a traditional hay meadow in Shropshire. Learn about this rare habitat and why it is so important for nature and people. The meadows are designated as an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest). In Spring incredible numbers of Green-Winged Orchids paint the meadows a rich purple colour. They have been secured for the community and future generations by generous public donations and a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Responsibly managed for both wildlife and people by the Middle Marches Community Land Trust (MMCLT) and Marches Meadow Group.

The film project was directed by Sarah Wallace-Johnson
