Pine Marten Magic: talk

Wednesday 1st July, 6.30 - 8.30pm
Mayfair Centre, Church Stretton, SY6 6BL

An illustrated talk by Sue Crichton.

Pine Martens are England's rarest mammals and were thought to be extinct in Shropshire for over 100 years.

More recently they are being found in local hubs.

The Conservation Fund has supported community projects to study the behaviour and distribution of pine martens in the Shropshire Hills.

One of three talks celebrating the Shropshire Hills Landscape Trust (2026 marks the Trust's 10th anniversary!).  Since 2016, the Trust has funded 124 projects with £180,000, and involving over 1,000 people.

All talks are free to attend.

We ask for a £5.00 donation which will cover hall hire and refreshments, with all additional contributions going to our 10th Anniversary Conservation Fund. Every pound helps us say 'yes' to more community projects protecting the Shropshire Hills.
