Habitat management

Caring for God's Acre
Caring for God’s Acre works nationally to support groups and individuals to investigate, care for, and enjoy churchyards and burial grounds.

Marches Meadow Group
We are a small, enthusiastic group of local smallholders living in the Stiperstones and Cordon Hill area of the Welsh Marches, who are interested in the management and conservation of wildflower-rich hay meadows.

Stepping Stones
A landscape-scale nature conservation project aiming to restore wildlife to the Stiperstones, the Long Mynd and the Onny Valley that separates the two sets of hills. This project is being run by the National Trust in conjunction with other wildlife and conservation groups, local landowners and volunteers.

RSVP - Restoring Shropshire's Road Verges
Restoring Shropshire Verges Project (RSVP) is run by local volunteers, with the support of the National Trust, Plantlife, Shropshire Wildlife Trust and Caring for Gods Acre.
Our vision is to see wildflower-rich meadows along all of Shropshire’s road verges.

Lightfoot is a not for profit organisation and its principal activity is to promote sustainable use of the Earth’s resources for the benefit of the public and environment.

Shropshire Climate Action
We are a group of local people who have written a Climate Action Plan for the Ludlow Constituency to achieve Net-Zero by 2030.
